In controlled airspace, this will be the appropriate authorization granted through the LAANC system. It does not look like this is working out for you. The Mavic Air uses DJI GO 4 and is compatible with Litchi. But, like the Mavic Mini, the Mavic Air 2 uses DJI Fly and it does not look like it is compatible with Litchi.
